管業助理主任 (Ref: SML/AOE/W)

 The incumbent will be responsible for providing estate management services, including the handling of residents’ complaints or enquiries, monitoring of daily services and the performance of contractors.

Requirements:
  • University graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good command of PC will be an advantage;
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and on a rotating shift basis as required;
  • Working hours: Any five days in a week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..

More experience will be considered for the post of Officer - Estate

Work Location: Discovery Bay
