Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Discovery Bay Marina Club (DBMC) is a proprietary club in Discovery Bay (www.dbmc.hk). We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our management team as Club Manager. The incumbent will be responsible to manage an international class marina with 200 berths and recreational marina club operation from team goal setting to meeting financial targets and business development and enhancing members’ satisfaction in the club.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Estate/ Clubhouse Management or related discipline and solid experience in operating an international standards marina and club house facilities;
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, 6 of which at managerial level;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Related marina/yacht club experience will be an added advantage;
• Good leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
  

We offer competitive remuneration package including duty meal, annual leave, discretionary bonus, dental and medical coverage and Top-up MPF. Free transportation to Discovery Bay will be provided.
