The incumbent will be responsible for exploring and identifying the land acquisitions and the Group’s property investment opportunities and supervise a team in supporting the function.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team on conducting feasibility studies and development proposals on land tender, acquisitions and re-development projects
• Keep track on the market trends and transactions in the real estate industry
• Prepare the investment proposal/paper for approval from the Board / Board Committee

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years solid experience and knowledge in HK property related field with good market sense, including 5 years post qualification experience (HKIS / RICS, or equivalent)
• Self-motivated, strong analytical & organizational skills, energetic and sociable;
• Proficient in Microsoft office e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Good command in English and Chinese;
• Able to work under pressure with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Location: Sheung Wan
