Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Officer in supervising a team to provide Administrative Support such as: Document Management, Clerical Support, Office & Equipment Maintenance;
- Purchasing, Monthly Reports & Front-Line Customer Enquiry Services etc;
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring the policies and procedures of office management.
Requirements:
- University graduate with 2 years working experience in office administration;
- Team player, good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin;
- Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
Work Location: Discovery Bay
