Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Discovery Bay Golf Club (DBGC) is situated on a mountain above the upscale community of Discovery Bay on Lantau Island. Conveniently located within 25 minutes of the Central financial district; DBGC offers an unique golfing experience within easy reach of the city. (www.dbgc.hk).

The incumbent will report directly to the General Manager of DBGC to oversee the projects planning and development of DBGC. He/ she will prepare and review the development proposals and budget to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and manages all general planning issues including expenditures for the project.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Construction Management or Engineering;
• 5-6 years relevant experience with project management experience at management level;
• Meticulous and well organized with strong planning capability and business acumen;
• Excellent leadership, presentation, critical thinking, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to handle multi-task and flexible;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications.
