Systems Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer (Ref: HKRI/SA/W)

The main responsibility of the incumbent is to support core internal systems as well as develop and enhance systems for the group and its various business units following directions from his/her supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Project management including preparation of RFP and RFQ, vendor evaluation and management, system support and system documentation and specifications
- Application development, design, implementation and support
- System testing, quality assurance and user training
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for system implementation and practical experience of SDLC
- Experience in developing web and mobile applications using PHP, .NET, CSS, HTML5, REACT, NodeJS or other frameworks, with strong knowledge of RDMS
- Experience in Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services) is an advantage
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills for problem diagnosis and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
