Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Ref: HKRI/AMHR/W)

The incumbent will be reporting to Manager - Human Resources to plan and manage human resources operations and people development of Corporate Office at Group level to ensure that effective organizational structure and optimum level of competent and motivated staff are maintained at all times to achieve strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:
    • Act as a trusted business partner to provide full-spectrum of Human Resources (HR) services to Corporate Office at Group level, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, talent management and succession planning
    • Support and partner with line managers on the implementation of various people strategies
    • Collaborate with different internal HR teams to review, develop and drive group HR programs and projects aligning with business objectives and company growth
    • Assist in driving and managing employer branding and other talent acquisition-related initiatives to promote the Company’s proposition
    • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources Management. Other disciplines will also be considered
    • 6 to 8 years’ of relevant HR work experience gained from sizable organizations. Proven experience in HR Business Partnership is an advantage
    • Good knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures and labor law compliance
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Strong drive to continuous improvement and commitment to service excellence
    • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Words, Excel and Powerpoint and preparing various reports / presentations for Management’s review
    • Proficient in English and Chinese in both spoken and written

Candidate with less experience will be considered at Senior Officer / Officer - Human Resources level

Working Location: Sheung Wan
