Officer / Senior Officer – Sales and Marketing (Ref: HKRI/SOM/W)

Responsibilities
  • Handle sales and marketing related activities in related to first-hand property sale
  • Execute advertising production and media plans
  • Arrange press events and promotion activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis on property market and compile reports regularly
  • Keep track on the residential market trends and developments in local property market

Requirements
  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Surveying or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in advertising, PR or marketing field, preferably in real estate market and/or sales & marketing of first-hand residential property sales and/ or advertising and marketing agencies
  • Excellent command of computer skills especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, independent and responsible
  • Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer - Sales & Marketing.
