Responsibilities:

• Handle daily leasing enquiry
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenant
• Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreement and other legal document
• Conduct market research
• Assist in ad-hoc study or proposal

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Translation/ Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property leasing field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Pleasant, open and proactive character
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Less experience will be considered for the post of Officer - Leasing and Marketing

Working Location: Tsuen Wan
