Assistant Officer – Procurement (Temporary) (Ref: HKRC/OP/W)

Reporting to Assistant Manager – Procurement, the incumbent is responsible to assist in the implementation of new procurement system and perform system administration and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of procurement system
  • Perform administrative support of the procurement system
  • Follow up users’ enquiry of system application
  • Conduct data analysis, generate reports and measure performance indicator results


Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above in supply chain/ Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, experience in operation of enterprise level of procurement and warehouse system will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, proactive and independent


Fresh graduate will be considered

Working Location: Discovery Bay
