The incumbent will provide administrative support to the daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle vouchers, invoices, payment and settlement to ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with company requirements and timeline.
- Handle customers’ hotline enquiries and pre-authorization request
- Prepare regular reports and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work on Saturday
Work Location: Tsuen Wan
