租務主任 (Ref: CSL/OL/W)

Responsibilities:
    • Handle daily leasing enquiry
    • Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
    • Liaise with agents and prospects and coordinate with departments on new letting and renewal cases
    • Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreement and other legal documents, assist the management in preparing reports and presentation materials and conduct market research
    • Assist in ad-hoc study or proposal

Requirements:
    • Degree holder in Real Estate/Marketing/ Business Administration/ Translation/ Communications or related disciplines
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail leasing; Relevant experience with major developers is an advantage
    • Pleasant, open-minded and proactive character
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Immediate available is highly preferred

Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Officer - Leasing.

Work Location: Tsuen Wan
