The incumbent will perform duties and responsibilities on HR administrative support including staffing and training support, maintenance of updated records in HR Information System and other departmental administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Act as departmental administrator to provide administrative & secretarial support to the department;
- Maintain and update HR records and staff personal files;
- Support the staffing process and training activities;
- Assist the preparation of management report;
- Provide administrative support for HR projects & ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Secretarial Studies, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- 2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably gained in sizable organization;
- Team player with pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented attitude;
- Mature, tactful and excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information System;
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Sheung Wan
We offer 5-day work and competitive remuneration package including annual leave, discretionary bonus, dental and medical coverage and Top-up MPF. Appointment and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
