Human Resources Administrator (Ref: HKRI/AHRT/W)

The incumbent will perform duties and responsibilities on HR administrative support including staffing and training support, maintenance of updated records in HR Information System and other departmental administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as departmental administrator to provide administrative & secretarial support to the department;
  • Maintain and update HR records and staff personal files;
  • Support the staffing process and training activities;
  • Assist the preparation of management report;
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects & ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma holder in Secretarial Studies, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably gained in sizable organization;
  • Team player with pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Mature, tactful and excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information System;
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Working Location:
Sheung Wan
