Manager - Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits (Ref: HKRI/MHR-CB/W)

Reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources, this position will be responsible to manage employee compensation & benefits programs to meet the business need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the C&B team to manage and administer all C&B related programs and initiatives including but not limited to market benchmarking exercise, annual budgeting and allocation, employee benefits program, enhance the C&B operational effectiveness, conduct C&B analysis, coordinate annual salary review & bonus exercises and etc. in order to maintain the competitive edge;
  • Conduct regular review and update on HR policies & practices;
  • Identify and apply applicable and reliable market data to make recommendation on the reward policy and remuneration structure to support talent acquisition and retention;
  • Manage and supervise specific projects such as HRIS improvement and related integration projects.

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in C&B management, including 3 years in managerial level;
  • Strong team player with service orientation mindset;
  • Experienced in leading and coordinating works and activities of others to meet aligned goals;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information System;
  • Ability to adapt to new environment rapidly and work independently;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
