Responsibilities:
· Responsible for trade-mix and brand-mix enhancement for retail portfolio
· Implement the leasing strategy and yearly business plan
· Manage retail leasing function and coordinate marketing related activities
· Monitor the leasing parameters, including income receivables, vacancy, trend and rental level
· Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
· Keep abreast of overall market conditions, determine proper actions according to market situation and deeply invoice in major leasing efforts
· Conduct market research and analyze market trends and compile various repots
· Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:
· Degree holder in Business, Real Estates, Marketing, Communication or any related discipline
· Minimum 5 years relevant retail leasing experience gained from property developers or related experience
· Positive and can-do working attitude
· Mature, pleasant and confident in dealing with people
· Strong market sense with analytical thinking
· Self-motivate, result-oriented and a good team player with excellent negotiation, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Familiar with retail leasing administration and have good business network with potential retailers and property agencies
· Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
· Proficiency in computer knowledge/operations
