Responsibilities:
  • Support front desk service and mailing room service
  • Back up office equipment and office supplies
  • Provide overall administrative support in Discovery Bay Office Centre

Requirements:
  • HKCEE/ DSE graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably gained from sizeable companies
  • Responsible, co-operative, attentive to details, patient and pleasant
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Cantonese, with good command of Putonghua
  • Excellent customer services skill, good telephone manner and good command of PC knowledge

Work Location: Discovery Bay
