物業助理高級主任 (荃灣) (Ref: WEL/OE/W)

Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the daily operation of all matters related to the Control Room and the Estate.
    • Supervise and monitor the performance of service contractors, including security, cleaning, and landscaping.
    • Handle residents’ complaints and provide necessary assistance to foster good resident relations.
    • Liaise, communicate, and maintain a good relationship with the Owners’ Committee or Management Committee of the estate.
    • Assist the Associate Senior Manager - Estate in supervising estate management staff, including preparing duty rosters and monitoring staff attendance.
    • Assist other departments in organizing various activities, such as community relations events, residents' gatherings, and residents' newsletters.

Requirements:
    • Diploma holder or above, preferably in Property or Facility Management or related disciplines;
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience;
    • Preferably possess or be qualified to possess a Property Management Practitioner Licence (T2), but not a must;
    • Customer-oriented and a good team player;
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
    • Good PC skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer – Estate

Work location: Tsuen Wan
