Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operation in Customer Service Centre and update information from each household for tailor-make comprehensive services
- Provide personalized concierge service and premium lifestyle experiences to residents
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/ Property Management will be an advantage
- At least 5 years working experience of hospitality field or jobs with similar nature and has at least 2 year of supervisory experience
- Holder of security personnel permit is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skill, pleasant and confident in dealing with public
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese a must
Work Location: Discovery Bay
