Manager – Projects (Cost Control) (Ref: HKRI/CCM/W)

The incumbent will be responsible for cost control of the Group’s large-scale development projects including establishment of cost budget, sourcing of building materials, tendering, monitoring actual cost expenditures and payments etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Member of HKIS or RICS;
- At least 10 years' solid post qualification experience in real estate developer or Q.S. consultancy firm handling various HK projects;
- Sound and hands-on knowledge of updated cost data for various type of developments in Hong Kong;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;
- Mature, good interpersonal, communication skills and team player;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Less experience will be considered as the post of Assistant Manager
Working Location: Sheung Wan
