Assistant Officer – Human Resources (Tsuen Wan) (Ref: HKRI/AOHR/W)

The incumbent will act as the HR partner to provide comprehensive HR services on employee compensation, employee relations, leave administration, recruitment and selection. He / she will also work with other teams members on any ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 1-2 years’ relevant experiences in sizable companies
  • Hands-on experience in day to day HR operations and system will be an advantage;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Proficient in application of Microsoft Office;

Working Location: Tsuen Wan
