The incumbent will perform duties and responsibilities on HR administrative support including staffing support, compensation & benefits administration, leave record management, maintenance of updated records in HR Information System and other departmental administrative support.

Job duties:
    · Act as departmental administrator to provide administrative & secretarial support to the department
    · Perform data input in HR Information System
    · Support the staffing process
    · Administer the group medical, dental schemes and other benefit programs
    · Assist the preparation of management report
    · Keep the leave records properly
    · Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:
    · Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Human Resources Management or related discipline;
    · At least 4 years’ relevant experiences in sizable companies.
    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    · Mature, tactful and independent;
    · Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information System
    · Ability to adapt to new environment rapidly and work under pressure;
    · Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Work Location: Sheung Wan
