Officer - Property Management (Commercial) (Ref: CSL/OPL/W)

The major purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of the entire building (and / or other sites). The position has to lead a team composed with building supervisors, customer service assistants and contractors. This would include day-to day coordination in various aspects such as building maintenance, tenants relationships and participate in ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of the daily operations and property management (Commercial) of the Company designated properties including customer services, security maintenance, cleaning and facilities management, etc.;
  • Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading;
  • Establishment and maintaining good relationship with tenants (including handover/ takeover and fitout monitoring of premises);
  • Preparation of budget, general reports, administrative duties or ad hoc reports requested;
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines;
  • Min 5 years' working experience in property management field, with at least 2 years at supervisory level;
  • Member of HKIH or CIH preferred;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is preferable;
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
