物業管理高級主任 (Ref: HKRL/TWOP/W)

The major purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of a commercial building. It would include day-to day coordination in various aspects such as building maintenance, tenants’ relationships and participate in ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager for implementation of the daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties including customer services, security maintenance, cleaning and facilities management, etc.
  • Maintain good relationship with tenants (including handover/ takeover and enquiries)
  • Site visit of potential tenants, office administration work, etc.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines with 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in office/ commercial buildings and shopping malls will be an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Working hours: five days in a week

Less experience will be considered as Officer – Property Management

Working Location: Tsuen Wan
