Senior Officer - Member Services (Ref: RCL/SOMS/W)

Responsibilities:
    • Support and supervise all aspects of the front desk office to ensure efficient and effective operation of our clubhouse
    • Handle all member complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
    • Liaison with membership department in strategy planning and organizing various functions and activities of our club members
    • Ensure all subordinates in member services are familiar with their tasks
Requirements:
    • Diploma or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
    • 5 - 6 years relevant work experience with 3 years supervisory level, preferably with club or hospitality experience
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Good PC skills (Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Chines Word Processing)
    • Less experience will be considered as Officer - Member Services
    Immediate available is preferred
