The incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director and assume a strategic role of leasing and commercial property management for the Group. He/she will be responsible for all matters related to property (including residential and commercial), leasing and the relevant assets in line with the Group’s business and revenue targets. He/she will also act as an advisor to support the leasing development in PRC for the Group.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee asset investment in HK and PRC regions and analyse market trend to execute their strategies according to the Group’s development projects;
  • Drive and implement strategic planning and proposals to ensure the appropriate mix of asset portfolios and other conversion plans based on business objectives to drive occupancy, revenue growth and resident satisfaction;
  • Manage and review the asset positioning and implement effective plans by overseeing performance of assets, identifying new enhancement opportunities and providing professional project delivery for the best investment returns;
  • Review HK and the assigned regions’ property leases’ terms and conditions and establish proper controls of these agreement regularly and in a timely manner to protect the best interest of the Group;
  • Establish and identify potential opportunity with tenants, real estate partners and other external stakeholders to drive long-term residential and commercial asset investment plan;
  • Make relevant recommendations for the best property and asset management proposition to the Group’s management by keeping abreast of HK and PRC market trend and best practices;
  • Lead and develop internal teams to upskill relevant industry expertise and competencies.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Property/Building Management or related disciplines;
  • Professional qualification of MHKIS or MRICS is an advantage;
  • At least 15 years relevant work experience with extension and proven experience gained from retail or property leasing and management areas;
  • Familiar with landlord and tenant ordinance and leasing procedures;
  • Knowledge in asset management;
  • Extensive connections with properties agencies and industry stakeholders;
  • Pro-active, attention to details, highly motivated and driven with strong initiative;
  • Good team player and independent in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong business sense and possess drive for excellence.
