Responsibilities:
- Provide office administrative support to the transport operations;
- Maintain office equipment and supplies;
- Prepare license documents and assist in tendering exercises.
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated or above;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related fields;
- Knowledgeable with government rules and regulations in ferry and coach operations will be an advantage;
- Strong common sense, able to work under pressure and organized;
- Good interpersonal skill with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Sound knowledge in MS Office applications with proficiency in office automation.
Less experience will be considered as Officer - Transport
Work Location: Discovery Bay
