Working Location: Sheung Wan

The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, property research, investment analysis, market study, and property related tasks.

Requirements:
 Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline;
 Chartered Surveyor (MHKIS / MRICS) in General Practice Division
 Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in property related field, preferably gained from property developers or consultants;
 Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong analytical & organizational skills, energetic, sociable and outgoing;
 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
 Good command in English and Chinese;
 Able to work under pressure with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Development Surveyor.
