Development Surveyor (Ref: HKRI/DSBD/W)

The incumbent will be responsible for acquisition and conveyancing, market research and investment analysis, feasibility studies and other property related tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related discipline;
- MHKIS or MRICS is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years solid working experience in real estate development, acquisition and market research of Hong Kong property market, preferably gained from property developers or consultants;
- Self-motivated, strong analytical & organizational skills, energetic, sociable and outgoing;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Good command in English and Chinese;
- Able to work under pressure with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer - Business Development.
Working Location: Sheung Wan
