The incumbent reports directly to the General Manager – Hospitality. He /she will develop long-term membership and marketing strategies for the brands under Auberge Hospitality (AH), which manages a collection of hotel, club, F&B and leisure properties in Discovery Bay. The incumbent will evaluate and implement changes to the membership structures, grow the membership base, increase patronage and promote the AH brand. He /she will also need to manage and deliver sales oriented marketing and promotion events for the various brands of AH individually and holistically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, preferably related to Sales & Marketing
• 10 years or above relevant experience working in a sizable organization
• Proven track records in membership sales and strong network to serve high net worth customers
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, event management, digital marketing, marketing mix and channels
• Presentable and mature personality with strong drive to excel
• Highly adaptive and good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  

Work Location: Discovery Bay
Free transportation to Discovery Bay will be provided. In fact, it only takes 25 min ride for ferry from Central or 10-15 min ride for bus from Sunny Bay MTR.
