Working Location: Sheung Wan

Reporting to the Manager – Cost Control, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Cost Control Team and Project Team in processing payment application and tendering matters.

Requirements:

 Diploma of any disciplines, with professional qualification is an advantage
 Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained from property developers, consultants or contractor;
 Proficiency in PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 Good command in English and Chinese
 Self-motivated and good communication skills
