Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager of Project and the teams e.g. meeting and travelling schedules, clerical support to the Managers e.g. correspondence drafting;
  • Co-ordinate with both internal and external parties on Projects with respect to Technical and Commercial aspects;
  • Administer daily enquiry and follow up the necessary documents for respective Projects;
  • Any other work as assigned by the team

Requirements:
  • Diploma of any disciplines, with previous secretarial training is an advantage;
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid secretarial or administrative experience, preferably working in sizeable organizations;
  • Organized, articulate, reliable and strong attention to details;
  • Flexible and adaptive, and able to work with people at different levels and of different cultures;
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good command in English and Chinese


Working Location: Sheung Wan
