Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager of Project and the teams e.g. meeting and travelling schedules, clerical support to the Managers e.g. correspondence drafting;
- Co-ordinate with both internal and external parties on Projects with respect to Technical and Commercial aspects;
- Administer daily enquiry and follow up the necessary documents for respective Projects;
- Any other work as assigned by the team
Requirements:
- Diploma of any disciplines, with previous secretarial training is an advantage;
- Minimum 3 years’ solid secretarial or administrative experience, preferably working in sizeable organizations;
- Organized, articulate, reliable and strong attention to details;
- Flexible and adaptive, and able to work with people at different levels and of different cultures;
- Proficiency in PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good command in English and Chinese
Working Location: Sheung Wan
