The incumbent is responsible for planning and managing Human Resources (HR) operations and people development for the Property Management business unit. This role ensures an effective organizational structure and maintains an optimal level of competent and motivated staff to support the achievement of strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the Property Management business unit, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and succession planning
• Partner with line managers to implement people strategies and provide support
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to review, develop, and drive Group HR programs / projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives and company growth
• Assist in driving and managing employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives to enhance the company’s value proposition
• Prepare HR analytics and management reports as requested
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors
  

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related discipline
• 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience gained from sizable organizations; experience as an HR Business Partner is an advantage
• Pleasant, detail-minded, and responsible
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity with a strong sense of ethics and compliance
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations for management review
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
