• Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of all club facilities and areas, maintaining a safe, clean and tidy environment for club members;
• Manage the Housekeeping and Gardening Team;
• Monitor the progress of maintenance activities related to the club's electrical, mechanical, and water supply;
• Prepare project-related documentation, including tender documents, quotations, and action plans;
• Coordinate with external contractors for approved works, projects, and renovations;
• Manage the timely renewal of all company vehicle licenses and ensure regular maintenance is performed to address safety and operational concerns;
• Manage the provision of logistical and transportation support for club events and activities to ensure reliable service delivery;
• Oversee and execute the club's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program; and
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.
  

• Diploma holder in hospitality management or related discipline;
• 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience;
• Holder of the Hong Kong Driving License No. 1 & 2 is preferred;
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn, with a willingness to embrace challenges;
• Effective team player with demonstrated leadership skills;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
