Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Senior Officer in supervising a team to provide Administrative Support such as: Document Management, Clerical Support, Office & Equipment Maintenance;
  • Purchasing, Monthly Reports & Front-Line Customer Enquiry Services etc;
  • Assist in reviewing and monitoring the policies and procedures of office management.

Requirements:
  • University graduate with 2 years working experience in office administration;
  • Experience in document management system and purchasing is an advantage;
  • Team player, positive, problems Solver, detailed Minded and Organising;
  • Pleasant; Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin;
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
