Officer / Senior Officer – Human Resources (C&B) (Ref: HKRI/OHR/W)

The incumbent will provide human resources services including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, tax filing, benefits and leave administration to the Group. He / she will also support the annual C&B processes and other ad hoc HR initiatives.

    • Be responsible for HR operations including monthly payroll calculation, tax filings, MPF and fringe benefits, etc.
    • Assist in annual HR exercises or projects including but not limited to budget preparation, performance management, annual salary review, bonus, etc.
    • Handle staff enquiries related to C&B issue
    • Maintain staff records and update the HRIS system
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, analysis and market surveys for benchmarking
    • Ad-hoc projects and any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
    • At least 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in payroll and benefits administration gained from sizable organizations
    • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations, etc.
    • Team player with a pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented attitude
    • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures and related regulations
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Strong numerical sense and meticulous
    • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer – Human Resources
