Responsibilities:

• Daily helpdesk and on-site supports for local & remote staff
• Hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
• Backup & Recovery operations, IT system review and report writing
• Manage vendors and outsourced resources
• Liaise and coordinate with headquarter IT team

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• 5 years or above IT support related working experience
• In-depth knowledge and considerable hands-on working experience on Windows Server and Active Directory Administration, Lotus Domino Server and MS SQL Server are essential
• Experienced in managing outsourced vendors & junior technicians
• Knowledge in Software Provisioning & Deployment systems, desktop technologies, Wireless technologies are desirable
• Strong interpersonal skill is paramount, self-motivated and responsible
• Fluency in spoken and written English, able to work both independently and in a team
  

Work Location: Discovery Bay
