Assistant - Human Resources (Ref: HKRI/AHR/W)

The incumbent will perform the HR generalist role providing all round support including recruitment & employment related processes, payroll processes and report generation, managing MPF process, tax filing, leave and benefits administration and housing documentation, daily HR administration services and any ad hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 1 year experience in compensation and benefits or payroll processing would be definite an advantage. Fresh graduates with good learning potential will also be considered;
  • Knowledge of HR Information System is preferable;
  • Familiar with MPF ordinance, Labour ordinance, HK taxation rules;
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, can-do attitude and able to work under pressure;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
