Responsibilities:
    • Handle daily leasing enquiry
    • Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
    • Liaise with agents, prospects and coordinate with departments on new letting and renewal cases
    • Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreement, monthly reports; and conduct market research
    • Assist the management in preparing presentation materials
    • Assist in ad-hoc study or proposal
Requirements:
    • Degree holder in Real Estate/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Translation/ Communications or related disciplines
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial leasing; Relevant experience with major developers is an advantage
    • Pleasant, open-minded and proactive character
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Holder of Hong Kong Driving Licence No. 1 & 2 is preferred

Work Location: Tsuen Wan
