Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks and supporting the Representative Director. As the Japanese office is a small team of less than five members, the role involves a variety of responsibilities:
    • Handling phone calls, greeting visitors, sorting mail, and liaising with courier services.
    • Managing the president's email, schedule, and arrangements for gifts and hospitality.
    • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, mobile phones, and printed materials (including purchasing, organizing, and payments).
    • Managing office safety, including fire drills, disaster preparedness, and equipment maintenance.
    • Performing other general administrative tasks.
    • Preparing and managing expenses and budgets.
    • Responding to inquiries from the Hong Kong headquarters (primarily via email in English).
    • Upon familiarity with the above tasks, you may also take on project assistant responsibilities.

Requirements
    • Tertiary educated in any disciplines
    • Experience in general administration or office management
    • Familiarity with facility and equipment management
    • Native Japanese speaker
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for daily business communication
    • Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher)
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
    • Team player with a proactive approach to work
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Employment on contract terms. Opportunities for contract renewal from the second year
    • This candidate will be hired under a direct employment contract with a Japan subsidiary of the Group
