Associate Senior Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing (Ref: HKRI/ASM/M-S&M/W)

This incumbent will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns for Hong Kong residential projects, driving brand positioning, compliance, and sales growth through effective team and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for residential property projects across all phases, from pre-launch to post-completion
  • Plan and execute all branding, marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various platforms ensuring the alignment of corporate branding and market positioning
  • Manage media, agencies, and all promotional channels to drive project awareness and sales
  • Oversee marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and report on KPIs, optimizing for ROI
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and potential market segments to boost sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Ensure all marketing information, materials, and procedures strictly comply with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and other statutory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve project goals and foster a high-performance culture
  • Co-ordinate with internal working parties on relevant sales and marketing information in complying with all statutory requirements
  • Liaise with Joint Venture (JV) Partners for the marketing plan and performance of sales & marketing related activities as required
  • Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and external partners for high-quality, cost-effective marketing production and execution

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Marketing, Surveying or related disciplines with 6 - 8 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience in Hong Kong real estate sector
  • Proven track record in leading marketing initiatives for major residential project launches in Hong Kong
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity and commercial acumen in real estate marketing
  • Solid understanding of the Hong Kong residential property market, buyer behavior, legal and regulatory frameworks, including deep familiarity with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in integrated marketing communications, digital marketing platforms, data analytics, and marketing technologies
  • Effective leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Senior Manager
