The incumbent is responsible for supporting acquisition and conveyancing, conducting market research and investment analysis, preparing feasibility studies and providing property-related advisory and administrative support to facilitate informed business development and investment decisions.

Responsibilities:
    1. Support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of property opportunities;
    2. Conduct market research to assess property trends, market conditions, competitor activity and potential development opportunities;
    3. Carry out feasibility studies for property-related projects, including technical, commercial and financial assessments;
    4. Assist in the preparation of reports, recommendations and presentations for management decision-making;
    5. Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, agents, landowners, government bodies and other relevant parties as required;
    6. Monitor property-related risks, issues and opportunities throughout the acquisition and development process; and
    7. Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
    • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or other relevant disciplines
    • MHKIS or MRICS is preferred
    • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate development, market research of Hong Kong property market, preferably gained from property developers or consultants
    • Self-motivated, strong analytical & organizational skills, energetic, sociable and outgoing
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Good command in English and Chinese
    • Able to work under pressure with good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer - Business Development.
