Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Reporting directly to General Manager – DB Operations, the incumbent will be responsible to oversee the landscape architectural design and construction documents in line with the project objective. He/ she is expected to obtain construction pricing through various means, to review and evaluate landscape installation and maintenance bids and recommend appropriate action to Management. He/ she is also expected to have a detailed understanding of the field conditions and challenges of the project.

Requirements:

• Degree holder majoring in Environmental Science, Landscape Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience in managerial level;
• Able to work independently in coordinating with and monitoring consultants/contractors in implementing and resolving on-site design and technical issues;
• Versatile in overall landscape management, maintaining project quality and time control on landscape works;
• Organized, creative and able to motivate the team in achieving high standard of landscape works;
• Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with customers/contractors.
