Associate Officer to Associate Senior Officer - Human Resources (Ref: HKRC/HKR/ASOAOHR/W/W)

The incumbent will provide administrative support in HR operations relating to compensation & benefits and provide supporting to Group HR Department in daily HR shared services.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll computation (both regular and arrear cycle), MPF contribution & leave administration and related reports preparation
- Prepare tax documents for annual filing and ad hoc request for termination
- Support the rental reimbursement applications
- Assist in development and migration of HR Information System
- Ensure employees’ compliance of HR policies and procedures
- Prepare staff on-boarding documents and materials
- Personal files and HR Information System data management
- Manage and generate the HR forms and letters
- Execute the new joiner background checking policy
- Handle staff and new joiner’s benefits matters
- Prepare the HR and Management Reports
- Support the C&B ad-hoc duties / projects assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits administration gained from sizable organizations. Payroll experience is an advantage
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations, etc.
- Accurate and sensitive in numerical works
- Mature, independent, cautious, problem solver, good analytical thinking, self-motivated and well-organized
- Team player with a pleasant, proactive, customer-oriented attitude and can-do mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including Words and Excel. Knowledge of HR Information System is an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Associate Senior Officer - Human Resources
