Assistant Manager - Property Management (Commercial Properties) (Ref: CSL/AMPM/W)

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the daily management duties for Discovery Bay commercial properties and including public recreation facilities
  • Coordinate with leasing department to communicate with tenants for takeover/ handover of premises
  • Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquires of the clients and tenants
  • Prepare financial reports and monitor annual budget
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ Property Management or related disciplines with additional professional qualification on building management training
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in commercial property management
  • Good supervision skill and analytical power
  • Pleasant and confident in dealing with people
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Work Location: Discovery Bay
