Assistant Officer – Procurement (Ref: HKRC/AO-PT/W/W)

The incumbent is require to perform daily procurement related activities and provide professional advice to users for any procurement related matter

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting supplier sourcing against users’ requirement through bidding exercise
  • Placing order and follow-up goods/ services delivery and issues from supplier

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years solid experience in purchasing (Hotel purchasing experience would be as an advantage)
  • Good negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers
  • Self-motivated, proactive and independent
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

Work Location: Discovery Bay
