Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
 
The incumbent will be responsible for providing professional and high quality estate management service, keeping good relations and communications with residents, handling residents’ enquiries and complaints, and monitoring security and cleaning contractors’ performance. The incumbent should be:
 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary educated; preferably with formal training/qualifications in estate management of facilities management;
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience with at least 1 year at supervisory level; preferably gained from sizable and high-class residential properties;
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Customer-oriented and a good team player;
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experienced in supervising junior staff and contractors.
