Senior Manager - Human Resources (Ref: HKRI/SMHR-DB/W)

The incumbent will be reporting to General Manager of Group Human Resources to design and implement company-wide employee relations activities and undertake special assignments as assigned by the senior management.
Responsibilities:
    • Lead the HR team of Hospitality and Discovery Bay Operations to provide overall planning and management of human resources services to Hospitality and Discovery Bay Operations Divisions including business partnering, change management, employee engagement, manpower planning and management, performance management, project management, talent acquisition, talent review and succession planning.
    • Review the operating environment and competitive activities to explore new opportunities to further support its HR objectives to benefit the business.
    • Participate in and contribute to the review and development of group human resources strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the requirements of the Division and the Company as a whole are properly interpreted and achieved.
    • Develop team members and promote synergies and teamwork across HR teams.
    • Handle special tasks such as support to Chairman and Discovery Bay International School Supervisor.
    • Ensure compliance with prevailing regulations.
    • Act as a change agent to promote the group’s initiatives in cultivating a new corporate culture.

Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
    • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations is highly preferred.
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
    • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation to handle the complex situation and recommend effective solutions

Working Location: Discovery Bay
