The incumbent will support the Manager – Human Resources in delivering full spectrum of HR business partnership to Corporate Office to ensure effective organizational structure and optimum level of competent and motivated staff are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
    • Support HR account servicing to assigned portfolios in Corporate Office at Group level including but not limited to recruitment and selection, onboarding of new join employees, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, offboarding logistics, performance management and annual HR exercises
    • Assist in Talent Acquisition and employer branding initiatives, including liaison with advertising/social media agencies, educational institutions and recruitment agencies
    • Provide supports and coordinate Corporate-wide employee engagement / relations initiatives
    • Assist in reviewing and updating HR operation procedures and guidelines for improving service level and efficiency
    • Handle HR routine reports and other projects as assigned
Requirements:
    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
    • 3 to 4 years’ of relevant work experience, in particular HR Operations or Talent Acquisition, preferably gained in sizable organization
    • Team player with a pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented attitude
    • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures and labor law compliance
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Human Resources
Immediate available is preferred
