Responsibilities:
    • Manage IT services and provide technical support and assistance to hotel staff and guests on IT related issues including infrastructure, desktop PC and mobile devices
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software; Alert hotel management and operations if necessary
    • Evaluate IT risks and provide recommendations to improve the security controls
    • Maintain IT SOP, hardware and software performance, digital and physical security standards, and lead the development and deployment of new technology for hotel projects
    • Ensure that IT systems, infrastructure, security solutions, operation procedures are implemented in compliance with Group standard
    • Be responsible for the overall IT budget including the review of purchase request and recommendation in vendor selection
    • Assist in new oversea hotel opening, any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
    • Minimum 6 - 8 years relevant IT experience and preferable in hospitality industry
    • Strong knowledge of IT applications, especially in Opera, POS, Material Control (MC)
    • Experience on Windows server, general network setup, device configuration, WiFi setup, virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V
    • Familiar with TCP/IP, network systems, router, firewall, IPT and video conference
    • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and detailed-oriented. Ability to work independently and maintain effectiveness under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving skills, and flexible to provide IT support during non-office hours
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Experience in new hotel opening development and execution will be an advantage
