Senior Officer – Estate (Ref: SML/SOE/W)

Responsibilities:
    • Provide estate management services
    • Responsible for overseeing all matters in the estate
    • Supervision of the Estate team & monitoring the performance of service contractors
Requirements:
    • University graduate preferably major in Estate Management or other relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
    • Good spoken and written English & Chinese
    • Good supervision skills and analytical power; Mature, pleasant and confident in dealing with people
    • Computer literacy with good knowledge in Word Processing, Excel & Powerpoint
    • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline
Less experience will be considered for the post of Officer - Estate

Work Location: Discovery Bay
