Responsibilities:
      • Manage the Sports & Recreation team in different areas including business planning, venue and equipment readiness planning, staff training and programme development
      • Propose, plan and oversee the project management of renovation projects, facilities installation & enhancement, liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
      • Oversee and ensure safe, effective and efficient operation of Sports & Recreation Facilities
      • Prepare and analysis the business report and provide strategic plans for club development
      • Explore any cooperation opportunities with the potential sports development in the club, recruit service providers and prepare the related service agreement
      • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:
      • Degree holder in Sports & Recreation, Facilities management or equivalent
      • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, with 5 years supervisory experience
      • Strong leadership with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skill
      • Creative, highly motivated and responsible
      • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
